Mystery!

This is another picture taken in my wander around Pittencrieff park.
Although I am quite intrigued to find out why this building is ? It is situated just to the right of the Andrew Carnegie statue. It's pushed back away from the park.

Nothing much to tell about the building nothing besides the picture. More of a mystery as to why it's there.

Anyone know ?? :)
