Once upon a time Valentine's day meant a meal for two, not we have a couple of urchins with us. Ain't complaining, just saying. Lovely food in Water of Leith bistro.

Swim in the morning with the boys and an afternoon watching Ireland vs France whilst Arlo watched his favourite new tv show - Ice Road Truckers.

Some lo-fi noise that's been rattling around today, from a band called Diet Cig (can't work out if it's a good name or a terrible name). Nothing original, but still a fun little ditty. Harvard
