Went down to the beach this afternoon with Peter who was taking a flexi day off work and E who I was looking after all day since the schools are having a 5 day weekend for half -term and an in service day. ( it only seems like a couple of weeks since they went back!)

We had a very odd looking sky with the edge of a band of rain out to sea giving interesting cloud shapes and black clouds but we also had the low sun shining on the wet beach giving great reflections on the sand. I took a lot of photos looking down the beach with lovely silver colours on the sand and the blue sky and yellow tinge on the clouds but since it's Monday today, I went for mono
