Winter Carbs

I spent an hour at the dogpark in -22C weather because the girls had cabin fever, as did the 20 other dogs there! In the frantic playing, i became the pin in a bowling for humans game, and got taken out at the hip. By the time we got home, I was so cold and sore that any ideas about making dinner quickly went out the window. I've been told we need to bump up our carbs in this cold weather anyway. Works for me.
