Winter Cooking

One of the few perks f living in New England during some of the brash, cold, and snowy periods of winter, is the certain guarantee that something carefully prepared with love will be served at the dinner table. 

The conditions doesn't permit tolerance for outdoor photography, and while Blip cravers may want to capture things within the intimate setting of their home, the kind of cuisine prepared gives a very telling image of the activities occurring inside away from the cold.

These opportunities make way for me to obtain much practice for another past time (cooking), and the chaps in my laboratory were pleasantly pleased with my version of Mediterranean Seafood Pasta.
