washed up

This is how we felt when we got back to Piers Island: a rather tortuous trip with an unhappy Elinor, a diverted cab ride and a tense boat trip in the dark and fog.
On getting there we find an old canoe washed up on the front beach: it will need some work but should be good value in the Summer
