Mount of Olives Jewish Cemetary

Most of the hillside is covered by this Jewish Cemetery, which is over 3,000 years old.  This site overlooks the Temple Mount, which is where the Resurrection of the Dead will begin, according to Jewish tradition, and so it is an appealing place for Jews to be buried.  There are over 70,000 tombs in this cemetery and it is still in use.
