Sculpture in Livingston

My search skills through Google are obviously not particularly well honed as I could not find the name nor the artist for this sculpture, situated near the Sainsbury's store in Livingston. Livingston, on the winding up of the Development Corporation, commissioned a series of sculptures and I'm not sure if this is one of them.

As part of Livingston's 50th birthday celebrations, the College hosted The Livingston Lecture this evening with a theme around Growth of the Retail Sector. We were treated to a series of talks from those in educational research and industry - a really informative and thought-provoking event.
