Foray with Fauna....

.....today, I tried shooting some squirrels (with the camera), the shots were OK, but I've seen better...then I had another go at the Swallows and only caught the tail this time.....I was pleased, then, when I arrived at one of my lets to find the owner in the garden with her tortoise....she owns the parents, so this tiny tortoise has been raised from an egg! Nellie, or Nigel (the gender has yet to be revealed), is less than two years old and still dwarfed by the daisies I have been late in cutting.....Jen wondered whether they had brought the tortoise as it did a better job of cutting the grass than me!
