Pyramid Morning

Decided to take photographic advantage of waking up with the Pyramids visible from my pillow to blip them for the second day running.    The hotel was very good and offered us a 5pm checkout  - as well as a birthday cake yesterday - which meant we could relax in some very pleasant sunshine beside the various water features in the Mena House Hotel gardens.

It's worth a look in large for the detail of the palms and the steps of the pyramid slopes. Brings home to me what my five year and one day old camera can do along with my trusty 33 year old 50mm f1.4 lens!
