Shrove Tuesday – or Pancake Day . . .

Tradition rules today – the mixture was made this morning ready for a meal tonight. Hope they do not turn out too crepe . . . hehe.

The town of Scarborough are holding their Annual Pancake Race, followed by skipping races on the sea front.

 

Our Home Me and You . . .

Course One – Traditional sugar and lemon pancakes

Course Two – Golden Syrup and orange covered pancakes

Course Three - Pancakes with chocolate spread and crushed hazelnuts

Course Four  –  Pancakes containing a mix of amaretto biscuit, ice cream and Pernod.

Hmmmmm . . . different.
