The First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon MSP

An early morning session at Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce where the First Minister was answering questions on topics ranging from education and skills, to accommodation and airport passenger duty.

In front of what could reasonably be described as a tough crowd, my sense was the FM came across as in control of the business of government.

Lots of talk about social justice, sharing opportunity and tackling inequality. All of which - regardless of political hue - are real positives.
