"Baby Climbers".
Or perhaps, I should say "Junior Climbers".
Either way, very impressive effort and technique.
I took Harry and one of his little friends out for the day to The Cattle Country Park, where they have - amongst other delights - the UK's highest climbing net.
We had to queue for 30 minutes to have a go, but the boys spent the time discussing who was climbing well, and who wasn't. Most chickened out of climbing through the top window and down the other side. H was up for the challenge. His friend had no choice!
When they got to have their go, there were smiles of delight from both. Exceptional photos, both pre-start, at start and finish, with Harry looking like a little pro.....but this one is a classic of two small friends topping out, discussing the moves of how to get through the window and descending down.
Many much older children had failed.
Well done them. It made me smile.
Really, this is for HilarysView and a ditto of "Starting them Young."
When I handed Harry's friend back to his mummy and showed her the shots, she was utterly amazed. I quote "He would never have done this if he hadn't been with Harry!"
