Getting lighter in the evenings

It's so nice driving home from work at least partially in daylight. My route to work is in the main very pretty countryside.

Sitting in traffic this evening I couldn't help but take a couple of snaps and this was my favourite, with the trunks framing the pale winter sky.

Almost a shame I wasn't later, there was a beautiful golden sunset.
