What a flipping day!

Had a busy day at work preparing for some SSC handover tomorrow - a bit frustrating when I don't know what is happening afterwards but it's got to be done.

Wasn't until I was driving home that I remembered it was pancake day. Just me and Charlotte as hubby is on a night shift. Did make some traditional round ones but then remembered these cake cutters and thought I'd have a play.
