Out and about

And we weren't the only ones! Having been relatively confined yesterday with the weather, the bright blue skies and sunshine encouraged us out today and we went to Rufford Country Park with hordes of other folks. Lots of them were of the barely knee high variety, generally on scooters and almost always en masse. We had a walk around the ruined abbey with its gargoyle relics, a wander and a sit by the lake in the sunshine and a bit of a look in the craft centre. Home via the vets for Bailey's next lot of wormer and some questions about a future plan. He has generally been worn out today and has spent most of the evening asleep, disturbed only by the occasional animal on the telly and the rustling of chocolate packaging as the last glut is consumed for 6 weeks...
