Hares to kites ...

What a gorgeous sunny day it's been! Yet again I thought I'd have another try to see the ermine stoat, or at least the beautiful hares, but there was no sign of either.

So I moved on, and enjoyed watching the kites coming in to roost, and gathering nesting material - here's one that I saw flying along then just touch the ground to collect a few twigs.
