Pancakes

This was Ms H's first attempt at pancakes, which concerned me as there was not enough ingrediatants to make a second batch! This is the one I was allocated, the cook apparently gets two then wimps out and only eats one. Mine was not bad, more crepe than cake, I prefer mine thicker, but thanks H!

I did not realise Shrove Tuesday can be in February or March... do I not read anything?
