Cooking in the Sule Pagoda, Yangon, Myanmar

Day 2 of our trip. The Sule Pagoda is in the old region of Yangon (previously Rangoon) in Myanmar (previously Burma) The busy pagoda is painted gold and attracts visitors from many countries. These men cooking were in a basement , open to the air. I don't know who they were cooking for, Monks, homeless, others?
