Gondolas at dawn

Left the hotel at 6.30am for our usual sunrise shoot. Wandered down to the  Canale di San Marco and took this shot of the gondolas with the island of Isola di San Giorgio Maggiore in the background. 


After breakfast we took the vaperetto over to Burano island, famous for its lace making and brightly coloured houses.
