Attempt 2

I blipped this view on the 8th, holding my camera above the fence and the result wasn't great. I took my tripod this evening but even at it's tallest, it isn't high enough and the fence is in the way. So I tried to shoot through it instead. None of the photos was really good. 

I picked this one because I liked the orange tinge from the streetlights and it was the one that looked most different from the previous shot.
