Gloucester Hospital this morning for the fitting of a cardiac monitor.

I've been having random palpitations for a fair few months and the initial ECG was all clear (as were the bloods) so the GP referred me for this 24hr monitoring. Sadly it meant I couldn't do rugby training tonight, which I can't help thinking might be a mutually exclusive setup. I made sure I ran up all the flights of stairs today and concentrated doubly-hard on the Excel stats.
