Pancake

Well - I'm not religious, I'm not giving up anything for Lent, to be totally truthful I've not even got a particularly sweet tooth, but I do have children, and they requested pancakes.

I did cheat and buy them, but did manage to squeeze the lemon juice, sprinkle the sugar and roll them myself. So I did my bit.
