always tv. one of korea's technological uniquenesses is its well-established DMB mobile tv system, which allows you to pull in a digital tv signal pretty much anywhere in the country. most korean smartphones have a DMB antenna, so it's not hard to see people out and about watching tv. this is at namsan folk village in seoul - i guess there's just so much folk villaging one can do before one needs to get back to ones shows.
