Deer Stalking...
I've just had a brilliant hour in the fields. We decided to take Alfred out for a late afternoon walk as he loves getting out in the sun and it was bright and warm today! We spotted a distant herd of about ten deer grazing in the warmth and I decided to try and get some photos of them. I stalked them for ages and managed to get really close considering they are wild. I love it when that happens as it's very rare to succeed!
This is as close as I got - as you can see, I was spotted! They weren't scared, they just walked away slowly through a hedgerow. These are the last three, with a fourth just visible from behind!
