Obama

I loved helping at the medical centre of the big refugee camp today. On average 600 patients come through the doors each day. It's crazy and chaotic but I feel so privileged to be there.

A mother brought her 5 month old baby along who she'd named Obama after the US President himself! Such is the level of gratitude here for the Americans' intervention back in August.
