Unfinished business

One sees a lot of this in Zihua, and Mexico in general: buildings where the construction seems to have been abandoned in mid stream. This one has a magnificent location perched high over Playa La Ropa. Some stay this way for years and are rarely completed or knocked down.
This reminds me of a Henry Moore sculpture.
