Safety first

Determined to not spend another day eating junk and not doing much, we went out, bought another nerf type gun and had a mini war in the garden. Glad I had a helmet on, she only seemed to aim for my face.

After I lost that we cycled to the common for a game of tennis.

Picked Julie up from work and sneaked out straight away for a quick 16 miles around ashton court etc. I need to get out on the bike more, it was hard work.
