Felting

My friend Nina came tonight to do some work on our yarnbombing project, she was working on this flower. She boil washed an old wool jumper, then cut it up to make petals. She then wired them to hold shape. Sewed some sequins on and we needle felted some wool and silk roving to give the petals some texture and extra colour. I think it it looks great. Our plan is to make lots of them !!
