A bit of me-time

I've been having random thoughts about writing, you know, what I did before I put the baby plan in motion. Between the grading frenzy, the not so fun pregnancy symptoms and having a newborn, though, it's been quite some time since I actually sat down to my desk. And my study had a very, very neglected look, with piles of books and papers waiting to be put in order. Today, I took care of that while grandma took care of mr Olivier because he really, really doesn't appreciate me spending time in the study!
Now, I want to write a proposal to a conference about writing while struggling to conciliate life, teaching, etc. The irony here is that life is in the way of the proposal about that! we'll see how it goes.
