Victoria Evening Market Melbourne

In Melbourne to give a keynote speech at the VAADA conference, so we went around the night market - clearly the place to be on a Wednesday evening - bustling with people, very cosmopolitan, mainly young people. Huge range of every international food you could conceive of, and queues as people gathered to eat, meet and shop at the diverse range of market stalls. This spectacle of roast pigs caught my attention visually - although we actually bought a Kangaroo Burger! Lean tasty, low fat and full of protein :)
A real experience - and although packed it all felt very safe and civilised.
