City of Fire

I have the opportunity to work at a University which is set on the hillside above the city in which I live.  Tonight as I was leaving work to go home, this is the vista I was given as I looked down into the valley.

The city was on fire.

I had to take my camera out of the car and take a blip. 

I had never quite seen the gold of the sun cover the entire length of the city scape. 

It was amazing.
