Sonoran Hot Dogs

These have more layers than Photoshop! Hidden under the relish, mayonaise, tomato, grilled onions, and jalapeño sauce is a bacon-wrapped hot dog lying on a layer of beans. 

Garnished with a roasted chili pepper the Sonoran Hot Dog is a 'complete' meal and makes an excellent lunch for people on the go.

These came from La Carreta Del Rorro, a small hot dog stand just down the street. It is one of many such business which are an institution in the Tucson area.
