Have you noticed...

when you don't feel well the world goes all blurry

accidental shot when I was putting the camera in my bag -

but it amused me

slept well so coping better with the pain and had a reasonable day at work

the rain means I also had an excuse not to walk Kassidy which means I can rest up this evening (with the crocheting rather than the knitting)
