Candle and Nessie

A bright, clear day with a chill feel.

Another day mostly at home, while Eleanor was in Hospital having her tests. She was there most of the day and experienced a fair degree of discomfort. She certainly was pleased to get home.

I did have to go out to do an extra Panel Hearing in order to cover for my son, who had to leave early to be at a Parent's Evening with his daughter. Fortunately the Hearing I had to cover was very straightforward, in that it was about excusing children from an upcoming Hearing. The children were all to young to have understood what was going on and they could have been distressed if they had had to attend the Full Hearing. I got home via a Taxi - and unusual luxury for me.

I have been impressed with the candle which we were delighted to receive as a gift. You will also have noticed that Nessie made an appearance. Believe it or not, some folk actually think that she doesn't exist!
