First Day of My Life

To the dermatologist this morning for a check. All ok. L is concerned about skin lots lately,  Yoga class at lunchtime which was hard. Been going for years now , but not getting any easier, but always feel good after. Walked up the hill for a photo with some blue sky, First time this week.
