After and before

This is the hardware currently inside my right collarbone. It's coming out tomorrow which will hopefully end the constant discomfort I've had since it was installed. The doc said 30% chance it will completely alleviate pain, 30% chance it will somewhat alleviate pain and 30% chance it will have no effect. I was afraid to ask about the remaining 10%.
