Not in a flurry

I didn't go anywhere in a hurry today after a 5am wake up call!
Anya is still suffering and the doctor confirmed it must be a viral infection so there's not much we can do. In between tummy upsets she's still her happy, smiley self although the 'angry fists' were out today.

The boys went out early for an 18k hike over the hills and, after the visit to the docs we went out for a walk in the sun and returned in this!
