Youth group committee meeting - make or break time, our host organisation is struggling and could face closure.  One of our leaders has a proposal, it's bold which is probably just what we need.  I'm not going to be around, and I'm not sure how much I will achieve remotely with Skype meetings...really I should be bowing out, but it doesn't seem like I can.
