NE 7th Ave

Not a very exciting blip but one for the record as I haven't done an update on the now completely cleared site on NE 7th Ave and NE Russell since October.  I had an email last month about the Irvington and Eliot neighborhoods' demand for redesign on the proposed development and a meeting at City Hall in January (which I didn't attend) - the results of which have yet to be updated on the change.org site.  So, still a watch and wait situation here.  

Mild and we got a few sprinkles of rain this afternoon which was nice.
