Friday's Flower is.......

.....a bright pink cosmos with a centre which 'pops'. As the temperature drops just slightly and autumn starts to creep in the cosmos is still flowering with many buds still to open, always bright and cheerful as they sway in the breeze.

Lovely sunny day, 22C, bit breezy but mostly pleasant. I popped out to renew my drivers licence, how we change in 10 years. Hate to think what the new photo will look like, thank goodness it doesn't get used much for that purpose.

Otherwise just been doing house jobs and enjoying being at home. If the wind drops we may dine outside, teriyaki salmon with rice and stir-fry veges, one of my favourite meals.
