Papa's 75th

Granny threw a surprise party for Papa at the Bonwit Inn tonight. All his friends, family, and favorite grandchildren (ME!) were in attendance.

I had quite a problem today remembering how old Papa was when I was out buying a card. He only looks about 40 but that didn't seem possible so I grabbed a 70th birthday card and purchased it. A half hour later I found myself back at the store exchanging that one for a 75th birthday card. Ooops.

Papa was super surprised and it was a lovely party.

This balloon deserves attention too.
