The Day for Derelict Thursday

I have driven past this place dozens of times but never really looked at it. It does not get your attention. With all due respect to the dance studio next door, this may not be 100% derelict but at twenty minutes to midnight it worked for me. There is a website and Facebook page that do not have current information/activity and nobody answered the phone at midnight, well no surprise there. Would not be surprised either, if the studio and theater are connected behind those doors, and would love to hear that many artists dance and play music there.

I decided to push a little atmosphere into the scene for the dereliction hardcore addicts, and secretly hoping that next week I would discover this is quite the happening place.
