Flying to the cricket.

PJ, A & D flew to Wellington this morning, to go to the cricket. They flew from the little airfield up by the golf club. Years ago, planes came in here regularly, but the service stopped for a while. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a new service out of here. This means that Wellington is only about 35 minutes from our house - 10 to drive to airfield & 25 minutes in the air.
I finally got around to put the scissors into a piece of silk that I got in Singapore in 2008!! Haven't done any dressmaking for such a long time, that I was really nervous about it, but it has turned out okay. Just about finished the dress, that I am going to wear to my nephews wedding.
