Wave Rock

We drove to Hyden Rock this morning, 130 km south east of Muntadgin.

The best known feature here is Wave Rock, which is over 100 metres long and taller than a three storey building.

It is believed to have begun forming underground as much as 60 million years ago.

Noongar aboriginal people are known to have been in this area for tens of thousands of years.
