We have a lawnful of Narcissus cyclamineus, that miniature turned-back  daffodil from NW Portugal and Galicia. They don't mind damp ground as they grow in valley bottoms at home. Most of ours are just beginning to show colour, but this little bunch was growing on the nearby rockery and must have found a warmer spot.

They are usually fairly early, but very early this year!
