Tables

We are hosting a small event next week. While checking the room, we realized some more tables would be needed. I have been working here for a few years and very often I get to hear the same story: Tables? Well it is your room, we are not supposed to take care of that. I end up explaining that I have no alternative, they end up saying that they would make an exception. And life goes on.
