Derelict with Icicles

Although occupied this big old house has some impressive two story icicles from roof to the ground. It does look rather derelict and could use a bright new paint job to hide its weathered appearance.
But the frosting on this cake is the snow and dropping frozen ice.
Because of the -30ºF windchill I sat in my car to get this one across the street.
