Dawning Engadine Train

As we packed to leave the Engadine, the rising sun was just glinting on the higher peaks of the valleys. You can see the empty ice rink of a carpark of the ski lift next to R & M's flat.

We had a wonderful train ride back home seeing the magnificent Bernese Oberland peaks of the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau in the late afternoon sunshine. You can see them here on flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/hilarysview/. Taken from a speeding train, they came out quite well.
