G went out in the morning to help repaint the office, leaving me to... yeah, I didn't achieve anything. Oops.

We met at Sainsbury's in the afternoon, where we bought stuff for our Valentines meal. It's tradition now, for one of us to make the main and one of us the dessert - for the last few years I've managed to do dessert every time, but not this year.

I'm glad though, Graham's roulade couldn't have been beaten - but I do think my main was good too: roast butternut squash stuffed with quinoa, sundried tomato, red onion, feta & basil.
